Shipping
We are currently using USPS to ship our sauces. In most cases the sauce will arrive within 2-3 days. We have seen rare situations where it takes up to 4 days. Every effort will be made to ship your sauce on the same day you order.
I want to return my sauce
A refund will be issued if you are within 15 days of your purchase date and the sauce arrives back at Radiation Therapy headquarters in the same condition it was shipped to you. You are responsible for shipping the sauce back to us. The refund will be for the amount of the sauce less our original shipping cost to get it to you.
It’s worth noting we are a small (very small) business and brew our sauces in very small batches.
My sauce was damaged in transit
Great care is taken in packaging your sauce and preparing it for shipment.
If your shipment was damaged in transit please take a picture and email it to info@rthotsauces.com and we’ll get a replacement shipped out to you immediately.
